How-to Create Google Cloud Project
Login to Google Cloud Console (make sure it is the same Google Account you’ve created your reCAPTCHA keys for Contact Form 7 plugin).
Simply Name your Project (you can also edit the Project ID to be more meaningful). You do not need to add Location* ‘Organization’ unless you represent an Organization working with other team members AND want to get Google Workspace for allowing other team members to use your Google Cloud and recaptcha API.
